~
Before kawin aku mmg suka main bowling, tak le terer sangat, tapi aku enjoy main bowling dgn pakwe &tunang a.k.a hubby aku skrg ni.
Tapi sejak dah kawin kami tak sempat lagi nak main bowling, tapi pagi ni, Nyah dgn Kak Ngah ajak main bowling aku teruja sgt. Jadi aku main la bowling, aku biasa main bola 8-9 je, tp aku sedar aku preggy skrg jadi aku amik bola paling ringan yg ada, iaitu 8. Lepas la rindu aku kat bowling bila aku dpt baling bola tu for about 5 frames kira-kira 10 kali baling la, lebih nye aku suh hubby aku sambung utk aku. Syok nyer. Tapi bila dah benti main tu tetiba terfikir plak, is it safe to bowl while preggy ni...aku tanye kakak hubby aku yg doctor tu, dia kata ntah!, ok kot...
jadi aku start risau...but then aku tak de pulak rasa sakit kat mana mana...

So, balik je rumah, aku rest kejap peh tu aku surf kat internet, semua article in english je yg aku jumpa, article bahasa melayu satu pun tak de. Tak pe, kat sini aku paste kan salah satu article yg ade utk di share bersama:-

Is it okay to go bowling while pregnant?

Exercising during your pregnancy is beneficial to your body, your overall feeling and your developing baby. It may even help prepare you for labor and childbirth. There are some conditions or symptoms that may make exercising during pregnancy inadvisable. Recommendations NOT to exercise during pregnancy may be made in cases of:

  • Pregnancy-induced hypertension
  • Preterm premature rupture of membranes
  • Preterm labor
  • Vaginal bleeding
  • Other chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, and thyroid abnormalities
You need to speak to your doctor regarding any fitness program you decide to do. He/she will be able to give you guidelines to follow to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Stop exercising and call your doctor if you experience pain, vaginal bleeding, rapid heartbeat, uterine contractions, chest pain, fluid leaking from the vagina, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, or difficulty walking.

Bowling : Bowling is an activity that should be okay for most women during their pregnancy . Your joints and ligaments relax during pregnancy, but how much they relax varies from woman to woman. Most expectant mothers do not experience that relaxation to the extent that they'd injure themselves while bowling. Once you hit your third trimester, take care to lift your bowling ball in a way that won't strain your back muscles. That means making sure to bend at your knees and to keep your back straight.

Yes! You can! But as in all physical activity when pregnant, you should consult your doctor and get his opinion and advice. Chances are, if you were fairly active before pregnancy, continuing after you become pregnant won't be an issue.
I work at a pro shop in our bowling ally and the number one injury in the sport (well besides dropped balls) is People who will bend down while delivering the ball and strain the muscles in the back.So if you r pregnant just take it easy on your back and try to not bent over while relesing your ball, And try more to use the pendulum motion and let the ball roll off your fingers.

So go bowling and have fun!
